Right Choice USA LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AmEx credit cards. If you have any questions regarding Next-Day, Second-Day, or 3-Day air shipments, or any other aspect of your order, please e-mail us at kaeli@rightchoiceusa.com or call us at (214) 931-9114.  Right Choice USA requires written approval from our customers to ship orders by "any" selected air freight method - a quick email is accepted. Check all packages upon delivery. If carton appears crushed or damaged in any way, have the driver mark it "damaged" then sign for it. If you do not sign for the package "damage" a claim cannot be issued. Notify our office immediately so the item may be replaced –(214) 931-9114. If you are not satisfied with a product, just call within 5 days of receipt, customer is to return the product, and we will refund the value of your merchandise.  PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED. Product must be returned in the same condition as when it was received.  Please open bags from the end.  Bags ripped open from the center will not be accepted in a return so no credit will be issued. We gladly accept pre-book orders. It is your responsibility to cancel your order if you change your mind or the order will ship when the product is available. Any orders that are returned or refused after shipping are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge and the customer will pay for all freight costs. Every product we sell is for use in the lower 48 states of the US.  We do not supply Phyto Certificates of MSDS Sheets unless you are purchasing and entire container.  Shipping our products out of the country is the total responsibility of the customer. Availability and prices may be subject to change without notice. We will inform you of any changes prior to shipping. All Product sold by Right Choice USA LLC. are for the craft and floral industry and are for decorative purposes only and are not edible. Preserved products are for indoor use only! Heat and High Humidity will cause them to bleed! Our products are grown and not manufactured.  They are fumigated in the fields and again before processing.  Fumigation generally lasts for approx. 30-45 days.  When storing your products you must be aware that insects can invade the cartons so store them in a cool, dry area that is pest free.  If stored in an open area be sure to add a ProZap or Pest Strip or similar product to each carton and change on a regular basis. Keep your dried & preserved flowers out of the humidity and sunlight for a longer life.  Make sure your customers are aware of this too.  They are not meant to be used outside.
